Just wanted to show you guys my latest free journal

I used to thank everyone for their faves, comments, watches etc. However, when I'd thank people I'd have a look at their gallery, their journal, get to know them, get involved, even if for a little bit. I thought well, since they did take the time to look into my creation - why shouldn't I look into theirs?
And it worked - people were overwhelmed sometimes at how much I paid attention. It gave me a nice feeling to give back, you know?
But every now and again I get the generic "thanks for the fav" on my front page.. and.. well how can I put this nicely? I despise that. It's a little like junk mail or spam. It's more than a little uncalled for. Sure, you said thanks but then so what? you also linked your piece so that everyone else will get curious as to what I faved and click it. Well, guess what? I already know what I faved from you and if someone else will be curious they can browse my favourites. Not only that - I also featured my latest favourites and guess what? Most of those spam and run thank yous don't even notice they're up on my journal.

I don't know, maybe I'm alone in this but if you want to leave a comment on my front page - be CREATIVE. Think of something different to say. See all those hidden comments on my front page? They're those generic 'thanks for the fav on..' comments. If you want to spam, leave it out of my front page.
If you had a website, would you agree for spam advertisement comments to be on the front page? This is my protfolio, so to speak. This is how I represent myself.

Quit spamming me

If you want to thank me - think of a creative way. Look through my gallery, comment on my journal, vote on my poll - send me a personal note. Those show much more gratefulness than a spam message.
